Satisfaction Guarantee: (Does not apply to auctions sold as-is OR unpaid items ) If you paid for your item on time, you can return any item for any reason by requesting an RMA within 3 days of receipt. No questions asked, but if you would let us know the reason for your return it would of course be appreciated. Do not request to cancel before payment citing our returns policy or satisfaction guarantee. Our returns policy is not intended to override eBay's policies regarding completing transaction.

 

  • Shipping, Handling and insurance is non refundable and there will be a 10% restocking fee, if your item included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If an item is not as described I will gladly accept your return at no cost and reimburse your shipping as well and waive the restocking fee. I reserve the right to waive my return policy on items not paid for, confirmed or returned in a timely manner. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please send me an email within 3 days of receipt and request return instructions and an RA#.
  • Where the item is received defective, non-functional, not as described, incorrect item or misgraded we will replace with an identical item or refund at our choice. If a replacement is offered and declined, then your return will be as per the policy above and shipping will not be paid. Where an item is claimed not as described, any return will be subject to inspection by us prior to refund, if no discrepancy is found then the refund will be as per the above policy, which is less shipping and restocking.
  • Certified coins MUST be returned in their original untampered holders, no exceptions. All other items must be in their original condition and in the original package. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged in shipment - This is what insurance is for. Please keep all packaging if damage is observed and contact us immediately. For items under warranty - you will need to refer to the manufacturer for non-functional items after the 3-day period. Returns must be sent promptly and received no later than 10 days after issuance of RA#. Returns will not be accepted or authorized outside the above policy - NO EXCEPTIONS.
